Why do I need your service?

Insurance Companies, Agents and Financial Advisers strongly recommend thorough documentation of property to ensure your financial protection in the future. 

How long will it take to complete the inventory?

For a standard inventory approximately three to five hours depending on the amount of property to document. The basic package takes much less time.

 Will you help me if I need to file a claim?

 We will send a copy of the inventory to your insurance company or police

 department at your request(Full Service Package only).

Do I need to be present while you take the inventory? Yes we ask that you remain with us while we complete the inventory, If you need to leave for some reason we will wait outside the property for you.

Is there an age limit for who can stay with you while you complete the inventory?  yes we ask that no one under 18 be left to inventory with us.

Do you inventory everything? even clothes?That depends on what you want included.We are doing the inventory for you, and you decide what is included or excluded.For your privacy we will not open drawers, closets or boxes.

Do you move furniture? No we will take serial numbers and model numbers when they can be reached easily without disrupting your home.Sometimes we can get the numbers from owners manuals, if not we take a picture of the item in place.

Should I unbox things or remove them from storage? Yes please have any items you want included unpacked and out of storage.
